Notetaking Techniques for Consecutive Interpretation

Here’s an example of note-taking during consecutive interpretation. The notes are taken by the well-known interpreter Zhu Tong. Her unique system of abbreviations and symbols is fascinating and smart, when pressed for time, using symbols instead of whole sentences and words really pays off. Time to work on my own system perhaps?
